Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Master's in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley in 2019, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2023. I have a background in psychiatric services and crisis management. I am passionate about supporting clients of marginalized backgrounds and have a social justice lens/analysis to contextualize mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate services to help you identify your goals and support you in coping with challenges along the way to achieving them. I work with clients to help them understand themselves better, and to identify what changes they need to make in order to increasingly grow into their most authentic selves. I am relational in my approach, and am strongest in modality of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which is ideal for those who want to increase skills around emotion regulation.
