I am a trilingual (Chaldean, Arabic, English) speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families and I have special interests and experience treating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm, substance abuse, emotional dysregulation, and grief.

My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space for individuals and families to process important events that may have happened in their lives. I will serve as a guide for you to process your thoughts and feelings and help you develop and practice specific skills and exercises to deal with stressful situations and emotions on your own.
