Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in nursing and mental health care. I have been practicing as a nurse since 2021 and have extensive clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan.

My personal life journey has shaped my deep compassion, resilience, and commitment to helping others heal. Having overcome significant challenges myself, I understand the importance of being seen, heard, and supported without judgment. This allows me to connect with my clients on a meaningful level and provide care that is both professional and deeply empathetic.

I am especially passionate about serving diverse and underserved communities, including immigrants and individuals from culturally rich backgrounds. I value faith, family, and personal growth, and I strive to honor each client’s unique story and values in their healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe that true healing involves addressing the mind, body, and emotional well-being together. I take time to understand each client’s experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals before developing a personalized treatment plan.

I use evidence-based practices while also honoring each individual’s values, lifestyle, and cultural background. When appropriate, I integrate medication management with therapy-based strategies, lifestyle guidance, and supportive coping tools.

I strongly believe in partnership. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to guide, educate, and support you. Together, we will make informed decisions that feel safe, empowering, and aligned with your long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We will take time to discuss your current concerns, personal history, emotional health, and goals for treatment.

I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and ensure you feel respected and understood. We will review possible treatment options together and create an initial plan that fits your needs and comfort level.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about your path forward. This is the beginning of a partnership focused on your growth, healing, and peace of mind.
