Anxiety, Grief, Loss, PTSD, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

Hi I am Nora, a therapist with over a decade of experience serving teens to mature adults. I help people pick up the pieces after something terrible has happened in their life. My specialty is trauma and things adjacent to trauma like grief, anxiety and depression. The most common transitions I help clients work through include; break up/divorce, medical issues, civilian life, parenthood, retirement, family changes, loss of loved one, career changes, abuse, or past traumas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety & depression within individual and group therapy. I utilize modalities that focus on enhancing your strengths and honoring your values. I use a person centered approach that assumes you are the expert on yourself/child. I work well with anyone who had a poor experience in therapy in the past.

What you can expect from our first session

I have a reputation for building rapport with a wide variety of clients. Clients seem to appreciate my ability to be direct, authentic and down to earth. As a mother of three I know how busy life can be, hopefully I can accommodate your schedule. I hope together we can find you peace soon.
