Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am currently accepting adult clients Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, or depression, unsure how to move forward; maybe there's a major life transition and it's feeling pretty daunting. Whatever has prompted you to seek therapy, know that I am here to support you. I can help you process and make sense of difficult emotions through a range of therapeutic styles. Together, we can find an approach that best fits your needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, strengths-based, and creative approach in my work. I most commonly draw from CBT, ACT, expressive therapies and play therapy to help you know and release emotions. I became a therapist because I don't want people to feel they need to weather the storm alone. I am here to support, encourage, and nurture your journey to greater well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we can focus on building effective coping and problem-solving skills by connecting thoughts and feelings that are holding you back; explore different ways of self-expression and foster confidence and self-esteem.
