Great to meet you!

I approach care with a strong belief in the power of human connection. My work is rooted in both compassion and clinical precision, especially for people navigating addiction, burnout, and behavior-linked mental health challenges. With training in both primary care and psychiatry, I bring a whole-person perspective to every session, considering not just mental health symptoms, but sleep, structure, nutrition, habits, and systems of support. My background in research, clinical practice, and evaluation gives me a clear lens for what works, and I aim to offer care that is both strategic and deeply personalized.

My approach to therapy

My approach is focused, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, I partner with clients to build structure, make meaningful behavior changes, and explore what’s actually going to move the needle in their daily life. I lean on evidence-based tools and my dual training to offer support that is direct, grounded, and flexible.

What you can expect from me

You can expect sessions that are focused and purposeful, where we set clear goals, look at patterns, and build momentum over time. Whether we're working on addiction recovery, emotional regulation, or behavior change, I aim to help you feel more equipped, more in control, and more connected to the life you want to lead.
