I consider my approach to therapy to be solution oriented, but practical. Meaning, that while I emphasize the importance of taking action, I also understand the complexities of personhood, and that sometimes just getting out of bed is ‘the action’. I believe every proposed solution must be assessed for practicality based on individual circumstances, preferences, abilities, readiness, etc. Let’s get started!
