Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe therapy should care for the whole person—not just symptoms, but your story, relationships, and the patterns that shape your life. I specialize in anxiety and trauma therapy for people who look capable on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2019 and completed my clinical training at the University of Colorado Anschutz. I have advanced training in EMDR for trauma treatment and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which centers on attachment and relationship patterns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. I show up as a warm, authentic, and pragmatic partner, because I believe meaningful change happens through trust and genuine connection.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including EFT, EMDR, and ACT to help you process difficult experiences, understand patterns, and build practical tools for change. Our work is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I will support you with compassion while also gently and respectfully challenging you toward growth. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, clarity, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow down and begin building a foundation of safety and trust. You can expect a warm, grounded space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling heavy or stuck, and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. I’ll share how I work, answer any questions you have, and begin identifying goals together. Most importantly, our first session is about seeing whether you feel comfortable and supported. Therapy works best when it feels like a good fit — and we’ll start building that together from day one.
