Great to meet you!

Making the first phone call to say I need to speak to someone is the hardest step. I have been there myself. But I assure you that it can be life-changing. As a mother of three grown children and a Cancer survivor, it was a goal of mine to help others navigate their own lives and personal struggles. Changing careers was scary but I was determined to be the best therapist I could be. As an LMHC I have worked extensively with Adults, Adolescents, and Children. I am also a Certified Life coach.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should never be a one size fits all approach. Each client has their own personal narrative .and should be treated accordingly. I will hear you, and together we will work to help you through your own reasons for coming to therapy. I will help you navigate through your current challenges and struggles.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is your safe space. Together we will navigate challenges and establish goals that work for you.
