Great to meet you!

Having spent the last 5 decades working with people like you, my main priority is to help you help you work through your anxiety, stuck-ness and overwhelm so you can finally feel at home in your own life. . Together, we will work on what to do about anxiety, strengthening your relationships with others, and building a healthy life you are proud of. This work can be hard, but I am here to support and encourage you throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults with anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Anxiety can be complex, insidious conditions, and it's normal to feel hesitant to start treatment. My approach balances genuine compassion and mindfulness with structured support toward growth. I believe in a full recovery, and I strive to help my clients reach true mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Therapy for anxiety can be challenging, but my warm, person-centered approach focuses on helping clients accept themselves- while also changing how they respond to stress and anxiety. I will support you in recognizing your triggers, practicing healthier coping skills, and feeling more empowered in your life. Today, I invite you to reach out for something different. I want to offer you the valuable opportunity to look within yourself and access the strength and tools that will propel your life.
