Great to meet you!

In sessions, I work to make sure my clients feel comfortable and safe. Therapy can feel scary sometimes, especially when starting with a new therapist. I believe that that the relationship between client and therapist is essential in the client making progress towards their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a flexible approach to therapy, and I look to the client to help guide the sessions. I realize that every client is different and has had different experiences that impact them. I create individualized treatment plans based specifically on each client's needs and focus on reaching their goals for therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I can help you identify what's causing your unwanted feelings and will work with you to find solutions that can help you feel better. I will work to make sure you feel that you have an important role in your therapy and that therapy is done healthy, non-threatening way.
