Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Oakland, CA working with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and work-related stress. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and completed a fellowship at the Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute at the University of California, San Francisco.

I bring a warm, engaged presence to my work and focus on building a genuine, collaborative relationship with each client. I believe that everyone has an inner sense of what feels true for them, and therapy can help clarify and reconnect with that. My role is to listen closely, understand your unique experience, and support you in moving toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I take time to understand how you naturally process and work through challenges, whether that means a more active, solution-focused style or a space that allows for deeper reflection and exploration.

I’m especially interested in how early relationships shape how we see ourselves and the world. Together, we work to make those patterns more visible and understandable, while also addressing present-day concerns like anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, and work stress. Therapy becomes a space where we can both explore and actively work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s been bringing you in and what you’d like to be different in your life.

We’ll start to understand your current challenges, your goals, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. I’ll also begin to get a sense of how you prefer to approach things so we can shape our work in a way that feels comfortable and effective for you.

Most importantly, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin this process together.
