I have ample experience as a mental health professional working in private practice as well as in school settings. I offer mental health support for individuals of all ages and of diverse cultural and linguistic background. My approach is client-centered and I rely on cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-based therapy techniques to assist my clients in achieving their personal and emotional goals.
