Great to meet you!

Born and raised in Louisiana, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to live and work in diverse places across the U.S. and beyond. My passion for connecting with people naturally led me to my career, where I thrive on building meaningful relationships. I’m down-to-earth, practical, and creative—always thinking outside the box to find fresh solutions.

My approach to therapy

As a clinical psychologist, I’ve dedicated 30 years providing compassionate, tailored care for individuals, couples, families, and groups. My expertise spans a wide range of mental health concerns—from depression and anxiety to grief, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. I’ve had the honor of working with diverse populations, including military families, and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault (MST).

What you can expect from me

My therapy approach is flexible, collaborative, and client centered.—you’re the expert on your life, and I bring clinical expertise to offer a fresh perspective. Whether helping someone navigate life’s toughest moments fostering resilience and growth, I believe in healing that’s as practical as it is profound. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, build on strengths, and develop strategies to not only address challenges but also enrich your overall well-being.
