Great to meet you!

For adults, I primarily utilize traditional talk therapy and EMDR. I invite you to consult with me about potentially using EMDR to help you reprocess traumas, negative cognitions, and feelings that have you feeling "stuck" in the present day. I am trained in EMDR and have successfully helped numerous clients with this therapy since 2009.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I also work with children ages 3 1/2 to 11 years of age using Child-Centered Play Therapy. CCPT is a non-directive, developmentally appropriate, evidence-based best practice which utilizes a child's language of play to help them share their world via the therapeutic relationship. Through CCPT, children are able to gain perspective and better self-regulate in their daily living. I have extensive training as a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor through the Association for Play Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

In the past 17 years, I have been honored to work with all ages, various cultures, and with clients who have a variety of problems. I hope to help you live a life that is less consumed by stress, anxiety, depression and to know more truth and joy in your daily living.
