Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step? You’re not alone. With over 10 years of trauma-informed experience, I provide inclusive, culturally humble, and affirming care with a focus on relationships and postpartum mental health. I also offer comprehensive medical evaluations, approaching each client with empathy and deep respect for their identity and lived experience. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in the life you’re building.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique needs. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while incorporating trauma-focused, attachment-based, and relational approaches, as well as elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered care. At the heart of my work is a commitment to empowerment: I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to help you hear yourself more clearly, trust yourself more deeply, and move through the world with a stronger sense of agency.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy now and collaborate to identify your goals, whether that’s healing from trauma, navigating postpartum challenges, improving relationships, or feeling less anxious and more like yourself. I’ll gather relevant background to better understand your story and the context of your struggles. Throughout our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you, including the confident ones, the uncertain ones, the protective ones, and the wounded ones, are welcomed, respected, and supported as we move at a pace that feels safe for you.
