Norma Figueroa

My name is Norma, and I have worked in the the social service field since 2008. I have a undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Masters in Social Work. My experience consist of schools, case management, healthcare, and community settings. I love helping people improve their lives one step at a time.

I use different types of approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus, psychodynamic therapy. It will be based on what may best fit my client's needs.

You can expect to take away specific tools, activities to practice what you have learned, and over time you may see improvement in your mood and how you may think when handling situations. It is also normal to have setbacks which can be part of the process.
