I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges. With over 15 years of experience in mental health. I have extensive experience working with diverse communities, including those impacted by systemic inequities, trauma, and homelessness.

My approach integrates Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Art Therapy, creating a safe and collaborative space for healing and growth.
