My name is Norma, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and graduate of Pace University. I chose to pursue mental health because I am passionate about helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives.
My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized to each client’s needs. I strive to create a supportive and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being open about their concerns. Together, we develop treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle-focused strategies.
My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered while working toward improved mental wellness and overall quality of life.
During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss their concerns and goals. We will review symptoms, personal history, and current challenges to better understand their needs and create a personalized treatment plan together.
