Great to meet you!

I work with clients who are navigating various life challenges. Anxiety is one of the most common issues I address.

During our sessions we’ll work through your specific stressors, whether related to your career, family dynamics, or personal life. A typical plan may include mindfulness techniques, goal setting, and strategies to reframe negative thought patterns.

My clients often see an improvement in their ability to handle stress and feel more empowered in making decisions after just a few weeks.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Some of the tools I use in session are Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Hypnosis for Trauma and PTSD, and Choice Theory. In our sessions, we’ll create a safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll identify patterns and develop practical tools for healing and personal growth, empowering you to make choices that align with your true self.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide holistic counseling for clients facing life challenges. Together, we'll create a supportive space to process your emotions and concerns. I’ll help you manage anxiety, improve communication, and handle conflict, allowing you to reduce stress and achieve personal and professional growth.

Together, we’ll work on overcoming those barriers so you can reach your full potential. I’m here to help you thrive.
