However, when we least expect it, we are faced with challenges in life. I am here to provide guidance, support, tools to assist clients in processing, learning and overcoming those unexpected challenges. My experienced is in working with individuals of all ages. I have provided therapy in Juvenile Hall, Adult Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Center, outpatient and inpatient and schools.

My focus in practice is in providing therapy services to adult individuals. I utilize Gestalt therapy, Strength-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy amongst other modalities for clients seeking support.
