It is all a journey and my role is to assist those who are having trouble with the navigation. I am at my best when I am helping people with overcoming obstacles, identifying their strengths and recommending how to strategically and passionately utilize them to their greatest potential.
I help clients navigate mental health, relationship conflict, family dynamics, life transitions, grief, boundaries, self-worth, and intergenerational patterns. Using Family Systems Therapy and a holistic, culturally responsive approach; uncovering patterns, build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater clarity, connection, and fulfillment.
Healing and change comes from a place of authenticity. Authenticity allows us to live in alignment. When we aren't being authentic, we are sending the wrong message. We aren't able to go deep because we are protecting ourselves from negative feedback and criticism.
