Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and nonjudgmental Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s mental health challenges with understanding and support. Seeking help can feel difficult, and my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment.

I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and seasoned saints with a wealth of life experience. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, life transitions, sleep concerns, ADHD, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you deserve a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

My approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe healing and growth occur when individuals feel truly understood and supported. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify challenges, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and supports your overall well-being. I incorporate evidence-based treatment while recognizing that each person’s story, experiences, and journey are unique.

My priority is to create an environment where you feel safe being your authentic self while working toward becoming a healthier and stronger version of yourself. Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional balance, healing, or personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you through that process.

Taking the first step toward improving your mental health is a courageous decision, and I look forward to supporting you on that journey.

During our first visit, we will take time to understand your concerns, your history, and what you hope to gain from treatment. My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling heard, supported, and equipped with a clear plan for moving forward.
