I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who graduated from South College in April 2025. I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to actively participate in their treatment.
I have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, insomnia, and other mood disorders. I work collaboratively with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and overall well-being.
I believe that successful mental health treatment begins with building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I take a patient-centered approach that combines medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and lifestyle interventions to promote lasting wellness. My philosophy is to treat the whole person—not just the diagnosis—while empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve emotional stability and improve their quality of life.
