Hi I’m Norrel! I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping you become the healthiest version of yourself.
I have worked in various therapeutic settings such as outpatient with middle school aged to adults, a residential setting with neurodivergent teenagers. and long term care for the aging population.
My approach to therapy embraces different clinical perspectives such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) while staying focused on your needs. I am a strong believer that mental health is vital part of our overall health, and try to make therapy to feel more like as a conversation.
These different settings have contributed to my empathetic approach to empower individuals both in person, and through telehealth.
