Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who spent years working closely with patients in a behavioral health setting before stepping into this role. That time gave me a deep appreciation for how anxiety, depression, and PTSD show up differently for each person, and why understanding your full story matters more than following a script. I ask a lot of questions because I want to really understand what you need, not just check boxes. I also stay open to adjusting the plan as we learn more together. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your mental health and confident in the steps we take along the way.

My approach to therapy

I take an open minded approach to care, which means I do not assume I know what you need before I ask. I ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals, whether you are managing anxiety, depression, or PTSD, and I build a plan around what matters to you. My aim is to leave you feeling empowered in your own care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, expect me to ask plenty of questions so I can understand your history and what brought you in, whether that is anxiety, depression, PTSD, or something else entirely. I will explain each step clearly and invite your input along the way, so you leave feeling heard and clear on what comes next.
