Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence and ask thoughtful questions that help them see patterns in a new way. With 8 years of clinical experience and a specialty in attachment based therapy, I pay close attention to how your past relationships may still be shaping how you feel and connect today. I’m collaborative and also am ready to be direct when needed. I always prioritize moving at your pace..balancing deeper exploration with practical tools you can use between sessions. You don’t need to have anything “figured out” before we start; my priority is that you feel safe, heard, and supported as we work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in attachment-based therapy, helping clients understand how early relational patterns influence current relationships and emotional responses. My clinical work includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, ADHD, and difficulties with emotional regulation, including hostility and irritability. I also work with clients navigating major life transitions and the stressors of everyday life, with a focus on building insight, stability, and practical coping skills. My approach is collaborative and grounded in helping clients strengthen emotional awareness, improve relationships, and develop sustainable tools for long-term change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about what you’re currently experiencing, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. We may also explore past therapy experiences, if any, and begin identifying patterns or themes that feel important.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, this session is about understanding your story at your pace. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and make sure you feel comfortable with the process moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction.
