Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my page!

My professional background is in working with at-risk youth, as well as individuals coping with grief, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

My name is Noujny, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals from age 7 through older adulthood navigate life’s challenges with support and compassion. I draw on evidence-based approaches to provide thoughtful and personalized care, intending to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered as they work toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, creating a supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. Treatment is always tailored to each individual, with clear, measurable goals that honor each client’s unique story, needs, and pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we begin to build trust and understand their unique experiences. In the first session, we’ll explore what brings them in, identify initial goals, and clarify what meaningful progress looks like for them. Together, we’ll start creating a clear, personalized plan that fosters insight, stability, and empowerment moving forward.
