Great to meet you!

Therapy can be about managing difficult emotions and situations in our lives, and it can also mean discovering who you really are, getting to know yourself on a deeper level, layer by layer. I believe that the more you know yourself, the more you can navigate life in a way that’s aligned with your values and your soul’s purpose.

I work with an array of issues like anxiety, depression and life transitions, while specializing in areas that include: spiritual health, sex, intimacy, non-monogamy/polyamory, kink, sex work, LGBTQIA+ and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I offer a trauma-informed holistic approach that honors you as both a whole person and part of the larger collective. I integrate various approaches based on your needs, including existential (purpose & meaning), solution-focused (goal setting & practical), shadow work (integrating hidden parts of the self), narrative (reframing past experiences to empower future choices), emotionally focused (deepening emotional awareness), and somatic (connecting with the body’s wisdom).

What you can expect from me

Connecting with you and hearing you are priorities in my sessions with you. I do my best to meet you where you are, listen to what you need through your words, your expressions, and your energy. My style is to collaborate with you where we create a space to navigate your therapeutic experience and how you can integrate the work we do together into your life.
