Great to meet you!

I earned my bachelor's in Psychology at Smith College and my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rowan University. I believe in tailoring my clients' experience to their likes and needs. I enjoy creative therapy, ACT, manifestations, physical activity, CBT, and strength-based approaches to help individuals reach their full potential.

I am a wife and mother and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy using creative outlets to help make therapy a fully integrated experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy depends deeply on my client's likes, dislikes, and needs. I get to know a client and align my approach with their therapeutic goals. Some clients might enjoy narrative therapy, art therapy, or music therapy, while others will prefer CBT, workbooks, or take-home assignments.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect me to get to know them during our first session. They can expect me to ask about their goals and describe different forms of therapy that might suit their needs. We will develop a sense of what treatment will look like, set expectations for both the client and the therapist, and discuss the importance of the client/therapist relationship.
