Great to meet you!

I am Novella Keyler LCSW. I have a Masters in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. I moved to New Mexico in 2021 but continued a therapy practice online with clients in Missouri. I have been doing therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 34 years and have accumulated a lot of “tools in my toolkit” along the way.

My approach to therapy

Since we all are multi-faceted beings, with various

approaches working better for some people than others, I take a holistic, integrative approach. I find that teaching clients how to regulate their neurological states to be very

beneficial, which can be accomplished using mindfulness, somatic tools and changing negative self-talk to positive self-talk, to name only a few. I am a certified Mindfulness-

Informed Mental Health provider and was trained in the use of foods and supplements to support mental health.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment! During our first session we will get to know one another and identify if we are a fit. Therapy is an investment in yourself and I know you are well worth an investment

toward being able to live a happy, rewarding life. Make an appointment with me today.
