Great to meet you!

A lot of people who reach out to me have been carrying anxiety, depression, or the weight of a major transition for longer than they want to admit, managing it, getting through, but not really moving. I'm Nsreen, and my background is in community mental health, where I worked alongside people facing real challenges without a lot of safety nets. That experience shapes everything about how I work: with practicality, genuine care, and no judgment. I see adults navigating emotional stress and difficult transitions, and I work best with people who are ready to actually work through what they're carrying, not just survive it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both structured and flexible. Some sessions focus on building concrete skills to manage anxiety or difficult emotions. Others focus on shifting the patterns in how you relate to your thoughts and what you're carrying. I adjust based on what you actually need, not a preset formula. What we're working toward is a clearer understanding of what's driving your experience and more effective ways of responding to it. I'll be honest with you throughout and work alongside you on the changes you actually want to make. The people who do well with me are ready to do real work and want a therapist who will show up directly and stay in it with them.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with your story: what's been happening, what's felt hard, and what you're hoping to feel differently. I'll ask about your background and what you're looking for so we can build some shared goals together. It's also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and whether we're a good fit. You don't need to have everything figured out before we start.
