Great to meet you!

I am board certified, patient-centred, quality-driven provider with more than 13 years of experience in both mental and medical practice. I strive to provide care to people of different demographic backgrounds and mental health conditions such as Depression, Bipolar disorders, Anxiety disorders, ADHD, Insomnia, and more by helping them become active members of society. I integrate ethical and social values and strive to provide care tailored to my patients' beliefs and cultural systems.

My approach to therapy

I take a personalized, evidence-based approach to care, combining comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools. We utilize QbCheck for objective ADHD screening, GeneSight testing to reduce medication trial-and-error and side effects, and EKG screening to ensure safety when prescribing stimulant medications. For individuals with severe or treatment-resistant conditions, we offer TMS therapy as an effective, non-invasive option. Our goal is to provide safe, precise, and compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where we focus on understanding you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discuss your current concerns, medical and mental health history, and identify your goals for care.

Based on your needs, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, and, when appropriate, additional assessments such as ADHD screening, genetic testing, or other diagnostic tools. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns, and actively participate in your care decisions.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and confident about the next steps in your mental health journey.
