I have a wide range of experience, in the field for 20 years, not too much I haven't seen... I am quite grounded and straightforward, with a good sense of humour and openness to exploring where the client needs to go.

I have a background in experiential-somatic, humanistic and depth approaches. That means we work with the here & now, the body, as well as the past and unconscious influences. I deeply believe the client knows more than me, even if they don't know they know. Our work is about articulating that edge.

I also work heavily with relationships both individuals and couples. I am an Imago Relationship Therapist, Consultant, and Faculty member. I believe in the transformative power of relationships .
