Great to meet you!

Imagine how it would feel to find your emotional balance, rekindle your joy for life, and be fully present in your life and with your loved ones.

Therapy can help you reclaim your strengths and capacity to engage fully in your life with energy and autonomy.

I have a heart for helping immigrants, refugees, trauma survivors and those working through anxiety, depression and challenging life transitions overcome patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

As an immigrant myself, I empathize with those who seek a sense of home, belonging, identity and stability in a changing world. Maybe you feel burned out from carrying too many responsibilities and cultural expectations and need a sanctuary where you can find your balance and headspace.

My clinical focus incorporates cultural safety, trauma recovery and psychological exploration to help you reconnect with your creativity, your inspiration and your core values.

My approach to therapy

I work with a combination of person centered and somatic approaches that engage both your mind and body. I use EMDR to help people process past traumatic experiences so that they can move forward in their lives. I also love depth psychology for its ability to help people explore their inner world to reveal hidden fears, beliefs, shadow parts, dreams and creative impulses that lie under conscious awareness. When brought to the light of consciousness, these elements of the psyche can enrich you with insights and revelations that can help you realign with your essential Self.

What you can expect from me

During our initial sessions, we will collaborate to identify your therapy goals, hopes and expectations. Then we will create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you start to get your life back. We will use a structured approach to build on your strengths and resources so you can use them as we work on the issues that bring you to therapy.
