A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, addressing the unique biopsychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs that arise with your struggles. This style of counseling is deeply informed by my extensive studies of grief and trauma, enriched by my own personal experiences with traumatic loss and other life stressors, and further shaped by my engagement with religious, spiritual, and holistic wellness practices.
