Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nyasha, and I’m honored that you’re here. I believe therapy is a powerful tool for growth, healing, and transformation. With over 14 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, self-discovery, and past trauma.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist my role is to walk alongside you, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your deepest thoughts and feelings. Using a collaborative and personalized approach, my mission is to empower you to make positive changes, embrace courage, and foster adaptive growth.

I also weave expressive arts and creativity into our sessions because healing isn’t always found in words alone. Sometimes, it’s about rediscovering joy, expressing your story in new ways, and finding the courage to redefine who you are and where you’re headed. You are not alone, and help is available!

What you can expect from me

I want you to leave our sessions feeling more self-aware, equipped with practical tools, and empowered to embrace growth, healing, and lasting change. Let's discover your voice, contact me to begin your beautiful healing journey!
