I am a Licensed Psychologist. I earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Carlos Albizu University, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After obtaining my Ph.D. I have experience in different interventions including individual, group, and couple’s therapy.
I usually work with people who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, sad, depressed or experiencing difficulties in their lives and they might not know what to do to get better.
In the therapy process my clients have the space to talk about their feelings, and share their thoughts without judgement. I guide them in developing strategies to manage and transform their problems into strengths.
