Great to meet you!

YOU GOT THIS!

As a mental health professional, I can tell you that the cycle of guilt, shame, depression and anxiety can end with you. You may be carrying the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, and the constant pressure to prove your worth. With years of experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and perfectionism, I help clients break free from these patterns. Together, we’ll work to rebuild self-trust, set healthy boundaries, and create a life that feels grounded, authentic, and truly your own.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative and client-centered approach that combines evidence-based practices with deep emotional insight. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, I help clients understand how their past experiences shaped their current patterns, especially around perfectionism, self-worth, and boundaries. My work is grounded in compassion, emotional safety, and practical tools, so you can gain clarity, challenge limiting beliefs, and begin to live more freely and fully.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of how your past has shaped the way you see yourself and relate to others. We’ll work on identifying and challenging perfectionism, quieting your inner critic, and building lasting self-esteem. You’ll learn how to set healthy boundaries without guilt, connect more authentically with your emotions, and feel more in control of your life. Most importantly, you’ll begin to feel safe being your full, imperfect self and confident in who that person truly is.
