I am a Nationally Board Certified and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and received my Master's degree in mental health counseling from Northwestern University. I hold multiple trauma certifications and work collaboratively with individuals who struggle to connect with traditional talk-therapy approaches.
In a session, if you have already attended therapy, we will process and implement techniques and interventions you know have provided relief for you in the past.
I specialize in PTSD, C-PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, and Relational issues.

Allowing you to create healthy boundaries, learn communication techniques, and solidify who you want to become by minimizing the effect of outside influences. Regardless of who or what they are and create.
