Great to meet you!

Hey!

Thank you for stopping to check out my profile page! I am a Nationally Board Certified and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and received my Master's degree in mental health counseling from Northwestern University. I hold multiple trauma certifications and work collaboratively with individuals who struggle to connect with traditional talk-therapy approaches.

My approach to therapy

In a session, if you have already attended therapy, we will process and implement techniques and interventions you know have provided relief for you in the past.

I specialize in PTSD, C-PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, and Relational issues.

I use the following interventions and many others:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Internal Family Systems
  • Gestalt (immediacy)
  • Attachment Theory
  • Somatic Experiencing (the feelings in your body)
  • Ego State
  • Art & Music

What you can expect from me

You are the expert on your life. My calling is to help YOU identify, navigate, learn/increase your ability to traverse life. All the while, you are increasing your ability to remain emotionally regulated.

Allowing you to create healthy boundaries, learn communication techniques, and solidify who you want to become by minimizing the effect of outside influences. Regardless of who or what they are and create.
