Great to meet you!

My practice comes with 15+ years of experience with children, adolescents and adults. My focus is on working with people to help tackle anxiety, identity, and depression as well as navigating family and social relationships. I work on developing trustful relationships with my clients. I received my MSW from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, a Post Masters Certificate in Infancy, Children, and Adolescents at The New York Institute of Psychotherapy

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts by being present, flexible, and accessible. I provide ongoing non-judgmental empathy and support as my clients work towards their goals. My approach is rooted in strength-based therapy as we leverage your strengths towards progress while utilizing a blend of therapeutic techniques including CBT, client-centered, journaling and just talking. In all therapy, I am respectful of the mind-body connection.

What you can expect from me

You will walk away from our first session feeling supported and listened to and will know that you have found an open environment. You would have taken your first step towards empowerment, mindfulness, and resilience.
