Great to meet you!

Sometimes life gets hard and we lose track of who we are. The things we used to handle with ease can suddenly feel like an overwhelming challenge. In those moments, you deserve a safe space to process, heal, and rediscover your footing.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my goal is to walk alongside you in your healing journey and meet you where you are. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC) and bring extensive experience working with adolescents, families, and individuals navigating complex medical and emotional crises in hospital settings. Whether you are facing a major life transition, family conflict, or acute stress, I provide a compassionate, collaborative environment tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will work to restore your sense of self and build a path forward at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe and inviting environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected. At the same time, I believe meaningful growth sometimes requires us to look beyond what feels comfortable. When appropriate, I will gently challenge you to examine patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck—not to judge you, but to help you move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to meet on another and decide if I am the one that will best fit your needs.
