Great to meet you!

Hello! I work with children, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and free to be yourself without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy starts with a genuine connection. I approach each person with openness, compassion, and respect, and I want our work together to feel collaborative and grounded in what matters most to you. Whether you are dealing with emotional struggles, attention or learning challenges, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I am here to help you feel heard and supported.

In addition to therapy, I have experience helping people better understand challenges related to attention, learning, mood, and emotional well-being. I use that understanding to meet each person where they are and tailor care to their individual needs.

What you can expect from me

My hope is to help you connect more fully with yourself, better understand what you are going through, and build a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting. We can begin where you are.
