Great to meet you!

My name is Obehi Etinfoh (Pronounced: Obey-he), and I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. It is a privilege to serve the community where I grew up and to provide quality mental health care to individuals across the state of Texas.

I offer compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care for individuals ages 18 and up. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, with a particular focus on supporting clients through life transitions and emotional challenges. My care is rooted in evidence-based medication management, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation, all tailored to meet each person’s unique needs.

What sets me apart as a clinician is my ability to build genuine, trusting connections with my clients. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where meaningful healing can begin. I am passionate about empowering individuals to explore their inner selves—healing inward to confidently move forward. With over a decade of experience in mental health and a deep commitment to serving my community, I walk alongside my clients with empathy, insight, and unwavering support.

I provide Telehealth services for Texas and Arizona based clients, and I offer flexible times to meet your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and deeply patient-centered. I believe that every individual’s story matters, and I take the time to truly listen and understand my clients beyond their symptoms. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and heard.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle guidance to promote both emotional and physical well-being. I also prioritize shared decision-making—working together with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their values, goals, and comfort level.

Above all, I strive to create a compassionate, empowering space that supports healing from the inside out, helping each person move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, validation, and practical tools to manage their mental health. My goal is for each person to feel truly heard and supported, with actionable steps they can use in their daily lives.

Together, we will work to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier coping strategies. Clients can also expect to gain a deeper understanding of their symptoms, treatment options, and progress over time.

Most importantly, I strive to ensure that every client leaves each session feeling empowered, hopeful, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
