Great to meet you!

Some people spend years carrying anxiety, scattered focus, or moods that are hard to explain before they find someone who can address the whole picture.

I work with people across the full span of life, from young children and teenagers to adults and older adults, which means I can support your child, yourself, or both. My practice focuses most on anxiety and ADHD, and I bring both prescribing expertise and a therapeutic lens to every appointment. You do not have to see multiple providers or coordinate your care across different offices. That whole picture is something we work through together.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative and unhurried. Whether we are sorting through anxiety that has become a constant background noise or building practical strategies for focus and attention, the goal is always to help you feel more grounded and in control. I approach care holistically, which means we look at the full picture: what is happening in your body, your daily routines, and your relationships. People who do well with me tend to appreciate an approach that is direct and thorough, and that treats them as an active part of their own care.

What you can expect from me

The first appointment is a chance for me to learn about you and for you to get a sense of how I work. I ask a lot of questions, because getting the full picture early makes a real difference in how we move forward together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you reach out. If you are ready to take that first step, I would be glad to hear from you.
