Why We'll Work Well Together

  • I bring honesty, compassion, and a collaborative approach to every session; your story, context, and complexity are understood and honored.
  • As a BIPOC, culturally affirming therapist, I offer a space where your full identity is welcomed, not just accommodated.
  • I combine narrative and CBT-based approaches with genuine curiosity, so you get proven methods paired with an approach shaped around you.

If you're ready to explore your strengths, work through what's weighing on you, and build a life that feels like yours, I'm here to walk that path with you. Let's get started.

My approach to therapy

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, we start by understanding your story and how it was shaped, because the way you talk about your experiences often holds the key to changing them. From there, I integrate CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and the Socratic method to help you notice patterns, challenge what's no longer serving you, and build real skills for regulation and choice.

As a dual-licensed clinician (LCSW, LCDC), I also work with people navigating substance use and harm reduction, and the shame that often sits underneath it, that piece of the work matters to me, and I bring both clinical training and care to it.

My style is collaborative, direct, and curious. I'll listen closely, ask honest questions, and won't shy away from naming what I'm noticing. I want you to feel supported and gently stretched, held steady while we do the harder work of change together.
