I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner serving clients in Tennessee. I specialize in helping clients manage depression, anxiety, OCD, insomnia, PTSD, substance abuse, and bipolar disorder with a combination of medication and therapy.
I enjoy thoroughly educating clients, their families and caregivers about treatment options and working collaboratively to make sure clients have the information they need to make the best decisions for their care. I also adopt a health at every size approach in my practice and encourage seeing the good and strength in all bodies and all beings.
