Great to meet you!

My name is Ocier Blanco, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults.

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, and many other mental health conditions. My approach to care is integrative and patient-centered, combining clinical knowledge, evidence-based practices, empathy, and compassion to help each individual better understand and navigate their mental health journey.

I am passionate about this work because I have witnessed firsthand how mental health challenges can affect family members and close friends. These experiences have strengthened my desire to make a meaningful difference in my community by providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care and helping individuals work toward positive and lasting outcomes.

Whether you are taking your first step toward mental health care or seeking a new approach to your current treatment, I am committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with clients is integrative, warm, collaborative, and rooted in respect for your individual experience. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, knowing you will be heard and supported.

I take a holistic view of mental health, looking beyond symptoms to understand the full picture of your life—your environment, relationships, lifestyle, and personal goals. Together, we develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies.

My style is holistic, integrative and empowering. I believe in meeting you where you are, moving at your pace, and equipping you with tools and insight that help you feel more in control of your mental health. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you build confidence, resilience, and lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

From our first sessions, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your unique experiences, and conduct a thorough assessment so that your treatment plan can be personalized to your specific needs and goals.

What makes my practice unique is my commitment to individualized care. I believe that no two people experience mental health challenges in exactly the same way, and treatment should reflect that. My goal is to work alongside you, provide the support and guidance you need, and ensure that you never feel alone throughout your mental health journey.
