Great to meet you!

Therapist for Anxiety, Emotional Overwhelm & Relationships (Teens 13+ & Adults)

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, emotionally drained, or struggling to keep up with everything life is demanding... you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, burnt out, or unsure of how to move forward, even though they’re used to being “the strong one” for everyone else.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and over seven years of experience supporting teens (13+), adults, and couples. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, relationship and communication issues, life transitions, and past experiences that continue to impact their daily lives.

I also have experience supporting military service members and their families as they navigate stress, transitions, and the emotional demands that come with change and responsibility.

My goal is to provide a safe, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to work through what you’re experiencing... at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they’re connected.

Together, we will:

• Identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck

• Reframe negative or overwhelming thought cycles

• Build practical coping strategies you can use in everyday life

• Improve emotional regulation and self-awareness

• Strengthen communication and relationship skills

I also integrate mindfulness and solution-focused techniques to help you feel more grounded and in control of your responses.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, not overwhelming — and that real change happens when you begin to understand yourself differently and respond to life with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’d like to change. This is a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful about what’s possible moving forward.
