Dr. Octavia Ingram is a family nurse practitioner (FNP) and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). She is dual board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Ingram is a graduate of Troy University where she received her undergraduate degree, masters of science in advanced nurse practice FNP and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Dr. Ingram sees patients of all ages beginning at age 5
Dr. Ingram believes in a holistic approach to ensure that each patient's specific needs are addressed. She believes the patient is imperative in the decision making to ensure compliance and the best treatment outcomes. By utilizing the latest evidence based practice models, medications, and psychotherapies, she is able to help her patients reach their treatment goals.
Dr. Ingram provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for patients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders, stress intolerance and recovery from addiction. Works with all of her patients to achieve full recovery, improved quality of life, and improved relationships and joy. Dr. Ingram is currently accepting new patients and offers evenings and weekend appointments.
